Pieces that may take longer - up to 2 to 4 weeks will be specifies under product details.

SAMANTHA MICHAEL offers a complimentary 1 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This warranty includes any quality issues, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, broken clasps/chain. We offer complimentary returns + exchanges on fine jewelry pieces within 14 days of delivery in the United States. You have 14 days to return item for full refund, exchange or store credit. Piece must be unaltered and the item must be in brand new and unworn condition - we will inspect piece within 5 days and email back to confirm return
